With the assistance of Mr. David Henry, band director Mr. William Burt gathered his flock for the 1973 Football Season. Performing at both home and away games, the bandsmen shone with perfection. Under the field direction of Miss Jennifer Conn, the band attended festivals at Lorain, Sandusky, and Fairview Park. The band also hosted the Second Annual Vermilion Band Festival. A highlight of the marching season was when the band was invited to play during the Amherst-Vermilion night at Akron University.
