They had been wearing the same uniforms, in the dark blue and white connected to the Navy, for over thirty years <\/em><\/p> <p><em>In their sparkly new threads, the band attended all of the home and away games. Weekends were packed with activities as they traveled to several festivals and served as hosts to their own Woolybrea Festival and Parade. Their leadership guided the many new members of the corps last summer. It was practice, practice, practice as they mastered new routings. <\/em><\/p> <p><em>In the off-season, the flag corps attended a dance camp that was held at the Winter Flag Guard Festival. They took first place in the competition held there. The majorettes were equally rewarded with a first at the &#8217;98 Cleveland Christmas Parade.
