The group expanded its range of performances with a greater variety in its shows, continuing the growth of musicianship and the addition of more flair from the majorettes and the flags.<\/em><\/p> <p><em>Many of the Friday game performances seemed more like synchronized swimming matches with more rain than moonlight. The band also performed in a full complement of festivals as well as in the TV 8 Cleveland Christmas parade. A visiting choreographer taught routines and moves to veterans and novices alike.<\/em><br><\/p> <p><em>In the fall, the squads performed with the marching band, coordinating their dance and moves to the music. After their season was over, they also competed together in the TV8 Christmas Parade and in a competition in Williamsburg featuring squads from all over the United States.
